If you are going to be the only one working on your website and there are no access levels to worry about, skip this chapter.
When there are more users, like a few writers, people that can login to comment and such, you have to worry about permissions. This is implemented in the Users (admin/user) section.
Think about the usage of your website and determine what Roles (admin/user/roles) you need to create. An example could be "Writers", "Members" or "Administrators".
Add the roles that your require and carefully assign them a set of permissions at the Access (admin/user/access) area.
